Michael Gouveia President & Founder President and Founder, has 12 years experience in the construction management industry and has a thorough understanding of construction processes and standards. Michael has been involved with corporate development and strategies from ground up operating and managing large workforces. Michael holds certification in as a master Interior Systems Mechanic as well as certification in Real Estate sales and management. Michael started his career as a trades person and dared to dream of a simpler, faster way to find and bid work. It was out of this dream that TradeFinder was born. Ferlyn RJ Chmelyk Chief Executive Officer & Founder Chief Executive Officer, Founder and acting C.E.O. for TradeFinder Inc. An 18 year experienced executive; Ferlyn developed the “P3P” business model as the backbone for company productivity. He designed and developed project management soft applications Including tenant relocation module; finance assessment module; and “White label” capability of company platforms. He has served as the lead consultant to international groups and governing bodies for commercial, industrial and energy projects abroad and secured partnerships with international groups for project development. Ferlyn established a branch office in Dubai, UAE with S & H Engineering (Abu Dhabi) while securing partnerships with the Royal Family of the United Arab Emirates as well as establishing representative offices in Bahrain, Amman, Santo Domingo DR, Santiago Chile, Lima Peru and London UK for his international consulting agency. During his tenure in the Middle East, Ferlyn lectured at University of Cairo Engineering faculty on advanced project management as a prerequisite to his term as Prime Consultant to the Royal Family in UAE. |

Our business is an unbiased online tendering system for homeowners, property managers and real estate owner's called tradefinder.com. TradeFinder is free to all users with a small reservation fee paid per lead. It has been designed to be user friendly and affordable for all. TradeFinder is our effort to create jobs for construction proprietors and contractors lacking the funds to generate business through conventional advertising streams. Our business model allows us to recycle revenues gained from bid credits to advertise on behalf of Canadian trades people in an effort to host renovation and construction projects for tender in a central and unbiased area. Philanthropy and community support is built into the foundation of our company. Tradefinder.com is currently working with local and national charity representatives to create a revenue share program with its "micro memberships" for leads coming from their volunteers. A trust fund for injured trades people and their families has been established called the TradeFinder Trust. PRINCIPALS & PURPOSES END POVERTY The TradeFinder Trust will help end poverty by providing funding to injured trades people and their families through cash donations and tendering help projects online such as; building a wheel chair ramp for disabled persons. LEND IN SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY PROJECTS The TradeFinder Trust will donate by cash, materials and/or assets towards the development of sustainable community projects throughout its reach and by encouraging community involvement. Logos & UseLOGO USE GUIDELINES The following standards apply for all media communications, including the web, print collateral, news articles, event signage, direct mail and promotional items. THE COMPONENTS OF THE TRADEFINDER LOGO The TradeFinder Logo has two (2) main components; a lower case "t" and a lower case mirrored "f". They are situated facing each other creating a simple process loop with the cross stroke of both letters meeting in the axis representing a hand shake or agreement.
LOGO TYPES The TradeFinder Logo is available in five (5) different layouts and the TradeFinder Trust in two (2) as demonstrated below
CLEAR SPACE For the TradeFinder logo to maintain impact, the surrounding area must be open and uncluttered. Careful consideration must be used when placing the logo close to graphic elements. The same clear space rule applies for all versions of the Logo(s). The required border space around the logo(s) should be equal to or greater than 1/2 (one half) of the letter "t" in the logo being used:
ORIENTATION The logo(s) should not be displayed in an orientation different than what is downloadable online at tradefinder.com. Do not turn the logo on its side. The text should always read horizontally on the medium it is being placed.
MINIMUM SIZE The logo must be of a size large enough to read the logo type and as a general rule should be no smaller than 1.5 inches or 81 x 108 pixels for web and print. The exception is for when the print medium is very small such as pens, magnets etc.
LOGO COLOURS The tradefinder logo contains 3 colours:
The black and white logo should only be used where color is unavailable and on a white background.
LOGO VIOLATIONS Do not alter the logo artwork in any way, or combine the logo with any other object including, but not limited to: other logos, icons, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, symbols or web audio files. Special considerations may be given upon approval from TradeFinder Inc. Do not take the logo apart or recombine it in any way to create new artwork. No part of the logo may be changed or resized in any way relative to the rest of the logo.
BACKGROUND Do not place the logo on top of an image, photo or patterned background. Sufficient contrast must be provided. |
