Tradefinder.com is an online construction project listing and tendering (competing and awarding bids on projects) platform built to satisfy the needs of property owners to receive estimates for their building/renovation projects and create a sustainable source of work for Canadian trades people. Part of our revenue is donated to the TradeFinder Trust “Supporting our Canadian communities and the people who built them”.

How It Works:
- Projects are listed by public members
- Each project is coded to match corresponding trades members
- The coded project lead is added to your toolbox
- Once daily lead notification e-mails are sent advising you how many projects are available in your tool box.
- Trades members review full job details, but not the owner contact until all spots are filled
- Trades reserve their bid spot (3-7 spots per job decided by the owner)
- TradeFinder.com releases project owners contact info to those that reserved bid spot simultaneously to avoid bias
- Project owner receives update e-mail with the contractors web pages for review
- Contact project owner and provide estimate
- Do great work and get rated upon completion to add strength to your profile

- Credits are sold at a cost of $1.00 and are used to maintain the site
- The typical project costs 5 credits (all projects for beta phase are 5 credits)
